How do I find my accommodation?
In the booking confirmation that you received via the respective booking platform, you will find a link that will take you to our website. There you can find your check-in instructions, the house rules and your personal VS Travel Guide.
How to check-in?
We only offer self-check-ins, which usually take place from 3:00 p.m. You will receive a link in your booking confirmation that will redirect you to our website. There you can find your check-in instructions, the house rules and your personal VS TravelGuide.
What documents or information do you need at check-in?
We require various personal data before check-in and, in the case of an international guest (not a German citizen), also a copy of a valid photo ID or passport. This information is required to verify your booking and grant you access to the property. Please follow the “Reporting data” link in your booking confirmation to send us your data digitally.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
We will endeavour to accommodate your requests for earlier check-in or later check-out, subject to availability. Please ask in advance.
What are the parking options like?
Please let us know in advance if you require parking. We can provide you with information about parking options near the property.
Is there WiFi in the property?
Yes, we offer free WiFi in our accommodation. You will find the access data in the check-in information. Alternatively, when you enter the VS apartment, you can simply hold your smartphone to the labeled NFC chip in the entrance area and get immediate access to the WiFi.
What should I do if there are problems or needs repairs at the property?

Will there be cleaning during my stay?
We do not usually offer daily cleaning. If you require additional cleaning, please let us know in advance.
Are there any recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area?
We would be happy to share our recommendations for restaurants, sights and activities nearby. In your booking confirmation you will receive a link that will take you to your personal VS Travel Guide. This contains some general recommendations for your area as well as individual travel planning for your stay. Let yourself be inspired if you have not yet given too much thought to your own travel planning.
How does check-out take place?
Check-out is usually by 11am. Please follow the check-out instructions we provide. Don't forget to return the key if applicable.
